Promotions Policies

Please take a few moments to read and understand our promotions and gift card policies.

Promotions Terms

• Promotion Validity: All promotions are subject to availability and are valid for stays booked directly through the Adventure Stays website or Adventure Stays reservation line. Promotions are only applicable for the specified dates and cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.
• Promo Codes: Promo codes must be applied at the time of booking to receive the discount or special offer. Discounts and offers cannot be applied retroactively to existing reservations.
• Booking and Stay Dates: Each promotion is valid for the specific booking and stay dates mentioned at the time of purchase. Reservations made outside these dates will not qualify for the promotion.
• Discount Limits: Maximum discount is as specified in each promotion. Promotions offering discounts are applicable only on room rates and exclude taxes, fees, and other charges. Gift cards can be used towards room costs and additional costs incurred.
• Offer Expiration: Each promotion or gift card will be subject to the specific expiration date made at the time of purchase. Program terms are subject to change, and formerly available promotions may no longer apply.
• Special Offers: Complimentary items or services offered as part of a promotion (e.g., a bottle of champagne, spa treatment, bike rentals, etc.) have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• Modification and Cancellation: Adventure Stays reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Standard cancellation policies apply unless otherwise stated in the promotion.
• Eligibility: Some promotions may have specific eligibility criteria such as proof of veteran status for the Veterans Day Appreciation offer.
• Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these promotions shall be governed by the laws of California, and the exclusive jurisdiction for any legal proceedings shall be at the discretion of Adventure Stays, LLC.
• Limitation of Liability: The hotel is not responsible for any technical errors that may prevent the promotional discount from being applied. Liability for any claim arising from a promotion is limited to the value of the promotional discount or offer
• General: By participating in any promotion, guests agree to these terms and conditions. Promotions are void where prohibited by law.

eGift Card Program Terms

• General: The eGift Card (the "Card") is an electronically generated and distributed code (there is no physical card issued) by Adventure Stays. The Card may be used for any incurred costs at Adventure Stays locations. The value of the Card is specified at the time of purchase. The Card is not reloadable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. The Card expires five (5) years from the date of issuance. Any remaining balance after the expiration date will be forfeited.
• Redemption: The Card can be used for room reservations, add-ons, and other hotel services. The Card cannot be used for third-party services or to purchase other gift cards. The Card must be applied at the time of booking to receive the value. Cards cannot be applied retroactively to existing reservations. If the total amount of your purchase exceeds the Card’s value, you must pay the remaining balance with another form of payment.
• Lost or Stolen Cards: Adventure Stays is not responsible for lost or stolen Card information. Treat the Card as you would cash. The Card can only be redeemed by the person who has it and any necessary security codes.
• Returns and Refunds: eGift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
• Limitations and Restrictions: The Card cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discounts unless specified. The Card cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged without the express permission of Adventure Stays.
• Changes to Terms: Adventure Stays reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website.
• Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of California. Any disputes arising from the use of the Card will be resolved in the appropriate courts at the discretion of Adventure Stays
